Event Check In

All participants are required to Check in and collect their race packet prior to their event – this is available via Australia Post (charges apply) or at one of two Gold Coast check in centres.

Postal Check In

If you live outside of the Gold Coast region and wish to have your race packet (bib / timing chip) posted out to you, please select this at the time of entry and pay the $5 postage and handling charge.  Postage must be booked and paid for prior to 4pm April 13th.

Participants that choose this option will need to collect their event running visor from the Help Desk on event morning.

Local Check In

Race packets will be available for collection in person on the following dates:

  • Saturday May 19th, 9am-3pm at Rebel Sport, ROBINA TOWN CENTRE
  • Sunday May 20th, from 5:30am at CBus Super Stadium  (we strongly recommend avoiding where possible as it is typically extremely busy)
